Balancing Your Energy for the New Year​

​If you have the questions, Tim has the answers. Experience this 2-hour workshop with Tim’s leadership and knowledge and learn to understand the benefits and the power of Qigong. With Tim’s intuitive sensing, each class is tailored to those attending and each person leaves the experience with a new understanding of this practice. Throughout the workshop Tim invites any questions from attendees to make this as interactive of an experience as it can be. If time permits, there will be a Q&A. Tim’s goal is for everyone to have fun and leave with some new tools to assist in their journey. Tools that are quick and easy so they can practice on the go and will be able to be incorporated into a modern-day busy lifestyle.

A HEALING JOURNEY WITH ROLAND BUDDHAHAWK

Roland combines purification energies with healing music and intuition to take the group on a healing journey. By flowing these energies through him with the intention of being a conduit for the good of others, he is able to bring healing and insight to others collectively as well as individually.

USUI REIKI RYOHO - LEVEL 2

Join Rev. Leslie as she leads this course that will certify you as a Level 2 Reiki Practitioner. Reiki promotes relaxation which removes stress from the body, allowing it to awaken your body’s intrinsic ability to heal and protect itself. Please note: This is a 2 day course and you must attend both days.

Note: Be sure to wear comfortable clothing, no excess jewelry, belts etc. Shoes, socks or bare feet are fine while you work. If you are agile enough and wish to work on the floor, bring a yoga mat, light blanket and pillow if you wish. If you have a portable table you can bring, please let Leslie know prior to the class. It is suggested you bring lunch as there is a microwave and refrigerator. There are places in the area to eat if you cannot bring lunch. Snacks and filtered water will be available. Due to allergies, please DO NOT bring any peanut products or eat any prior to or during class time.
