PURPOSEFUL LIVING WITH GRIEF

Grief.jpg

How does one recover after the painful loss of a loved one? How do we resume living mindfully after experiencing such deep grief?

Sherry, Rhonda and Arlene have all experienced traumatic loss; working through their grief has brought each of them to a place where they can once again live a life full of hope and healing. With their support and guidance, we will be working on managing grief.

Join us and together we’ll work to transform the pain of grief and help you to live a life of authenticity. You’ll be in a safe space with like-minded individuals who will listen and help you express your pain. Meetings may include discussions, healing, meditation and evidential mediumship. Let us help support you in this journey.

We've all experienced loss at some point or another, and it can be unbearable at times.

No one should have to feel alone.
